Boeing 737-300/400/500 Series
The purpose of this course is to provide students (who conform to the above entry level criteria) with theoretical knowledge regarding the maintenance of B737-300/400/400 series (Classic), as applicable to their work environment. Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to apply their prior knowledge, skills and experience, in conjunction with the information contained in this course, when performing the required maintenance and support. Additionally, this course complies with SACAA requirements to enable successful students to apply for their Aircraft Maintenance Engineer rating, where applicable. The course prepares an airline maintenance technician to operate, maintain and repair all relevant systems on the aircraft. This course provides in-depth technical information, including a detailed description of all relevant systems and components, location and access of components, theory of operation and overviews of maintenance procedures. In addition, relevant in-service problems, service bulletins and Airplane Maintenance Manuals use are covered. This course is tailored to meet specific training objectives focusing on some Avionics and complete Airframe/Power Plant disciplines.
